How long does the delivery take?

Our regular delivery time within Germany is 10 working days. As a rule, however, the orders reach our customers after one week.

We do our best to ensure your order is packed, shipped and delivered as quickly as possible!

Why does shipping take so long?

Our products come straight off the factory floor and ship direct to you without the added cost of dealer margins. The products are also not stored for an unnecessarily long time. We deliver directly to you. This allows us to keep our prices competitive without sacrificing quality and pass the savings on to you.

Your invoice will be automatically emailed to you once we have received your payment.

REFUNDS

How long is my right of return?

You have a right of return within 30 days of receipt of goods for any product purchased directly from our website.

The product(s) must be unused - in the original packaging with tags and protective stickers intact - and in the same condition as when the product was received.

Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a return.

Please note that you may be charged for shipping costs for returning the package.

We accept no responsibility for items lost during the return process.

In case of a return, please contact us via the contact form. We will then initiate the further steps.

I would like to complain about a defect in my product, how do I proceed?

Please send us an email with a short description, your order number and 1-2 pictures. We will then contact you as soon as possible.
